In directing these companies on a voluntary basis, I have performed all administrative, financial, hiring, scheduling, teaching, choreography, project-creation, committee delegation, theater liaison, oversight, and legal functions and responsibilities, including writing/submission of 501c3 documents. I recently completed a Certificate in Dance Education (33.5 units) through NDEO (National Dance Education Organization).
